and will sleep up to four people comfortably.

The lounge will be fully equipped and includes
television and an open fire with fuel provided.

New kitchen/ diner installed
with all the requirements for a perfect stay. Including, cooker,
microwave, all utensils dining table and chairs.
Bathroom
The bathroom is located downstairs and is
complete with new bathroom suite including an over bath shower.
Utility room
With washing machine and small drying area.
Patio
The flagged patio has patio table and chairs
to eat alfresco looking onto the river.
Residential parking space (1)
In front of the property 1 space on
the residents park.

Sorry we do not allow pets.
The towns of Ashbourne
and Buxton are equal distance and house the major supermarkets
and stores. Approx drive time 15 minutes.
Polly’s cottage a
small coffee shop is situated close by and sells a variety
of food and drinks both hot and cold.
